Privacy Policy
This site, daniellefurlong.com, is operated by Ant Technologies, Inc ("we," "us," "our"), a Georgia corporation.
We collect a small amount of information so the site works and so we can follow up with people who ask us to.
- When you visit the site. Your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, the links you click, the time of your visit, and the page you came from.
- When you fill out a form. Your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the message field.
- When you click a tracked link. Campaign parameters in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), referrer, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Aggregate analytics. Pageviews, click counts, and similar non-identifying counts used to measure how marketing is performing.
We do not knowingly collect health information, payment card details, or other sensitive categories on this site. Product orders and ambassador enrollments are processed by THREE International on their own systems.
- To respond to your inquiry.
- To forward your interest to a brand ambassador or specialist who can help you.
- To measure and improve our marketing campaigns.
- To detect abuse and keep the site secure.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- THREE International — when you order a product, sign up as a brand ambassador, or otherwise indicate you want to engage with their offering. Their privacy policy governs the data they collect on their own systems.
- Email service providers (such as Resend) — to deliver transactional and follow-up email on our behalf.
- Analytics providers — when configured, to help us understand site usage.
- Legal and compliance authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
The site currently uses minimal first-party tracking (campaign parameters in the URL, basic server logs). We may add common advertising and analytics tools in the future — for example, the Meta Pixel or Google Tag Manager — to measure ad performance. If we do, this policy will be updated and any region-specific consent prompts will be shown where required by law.
Depending on where you live, you have the following rights regarding the personal information we hold about you:
- Access — request a copy of the information we have.
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link in the email, or by writing to us.
- Portability and objection — where the GDPR or similar law applies, you may request that we transfer your data or restrict how we process it.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@daniellefurlong.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We keep contact-form submissions and inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable history of the conversation — typically up to three years from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for a shorter window, generally 30 to 90 days. Aggregate analytics that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely.
This site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where the GDPR or similar laws apply). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or sent by email when we have your address.
